Recently I do a research on how to earn 1 million a year. There are quite a few people wrote about this. But many of them come with some things very general and you can hardly learn anything from it like 5 or 6 steps with:
find the pain point in the market, come up with an attractive solution, have a detail plan, blah blah ...
While this one might be true but not necessarily the practical one for you to follow. There are many ways to say about something but to quickly repeat it and get the same results, you need find the most critical points, not any right point to describe it.
Let's make an example: if you ask how to dribble the ball like Lionel Messi, then you might fight many answers like: you need to practice very early since young age, then work hard everyday, then keep learning from your mistakes, blah blah... All these could be also something that Messi does have, but not everyone apply them would get to the similar result, and actually, most of people will not. Only when Messi, himself, show you on the video and teach you how did he make the tricks and break down the magic on a simple tutorial video, then you get the most critical points: it is about using the momentum to beat the opponent. That one simple trick say it all. Then he described it in few simple steps, from how he use his posture, how should the relative distance with the ball, how should be the speed and direction before and at the moment you make the turn and especially your relative relationship between you and the opponent.
That is some kind of answer we are trying to find here. But to get it we need to either lucky enough to find a very good coach who has been extremely successful (like Lionel Messi in the above example) and at the same time he wants and can convey the idea to the concept for us; OR for the rest of the time, we would need to "learn by example" which mean trying to "witness" the real life success stories and feed that info into our brain, from there our brain will use its "neuron network processing", "machine learning" to figure out a model that it think will be the common for all these success stories, and sometimes we only can feel it but cannot explain it, just like "deep learning", some magics happen in the black box, we just don't really know exactly what it is there, but it works. :D
So I am trying to use this second approach because the first option is not immediately available for me at this moment of time. I searched for people that made 1 million dollar per year. I saw these main categories:
Category one: manager director, ceo, partner, vc investors, etc. these guys would either have many good years of experience, education, network of relationships, initial money in the bank. But if you have this you might not in the search for this question any more.
Second category: celebrities: actors, actress, entertainment or sport celebrities. That also no place for "normal people" like us.
Finally, there is a category for the guys who is the guru in selling self-help books, youtuber, etc. That might be the closest thing that we could fit in. So I chose this category to work on.
Next in second part: how did I start on the third category? what is the plan and steps? what I need to prepare in mind ?
